Yes, our E design service is specially planned so that we can work remotely, no matter what city you are in.

This approach provides clients with a personalized, stepby-step design plan tailored to their style, tastes, and budget, allowing them to implement the changes themselves. By using photos, measurements, and online questionnaires, designers deliver a comprehensive design concept for any room or entire home, guiding clients through each stage of the process, making it both accessible and affordable.

Our focus is on interpreting the client's needs and preferences so that their spaces have an impact on their well-being. From this starting point we articulate the design so that its style responds to those who inhabit these spaces.
How do i know you’re going to capture my personal style?
We deeply value your preferences and tastes. However, we’re also committed to providing honest feedback if something doesn’t seem to fit. Our goal isn’t to force ideas upon you, but to gently encourage you to explore beyond your usual comfort zone.
We are very intuitive at capturing the essence of clients and interpreting what they need to enjoy their spaces in a holistic way. We are excited to meet new clients, to know their stories and desires, to understand where they come from and where they are heading so that their home is its best reflection.
Do you work with a minimun number of spaces so i can work with you?
We preferably work with a minimum of three spaces so that our work has some coherence and a more comprehensive impact on the residence.
What do your services consists on?
At Cantaro Bardo we have a comprehensive approach to spaces, covering interior design, decoration and styling. At a local level we also offer architectural services, being able to materialize projects with our construction team.
What is included in the design brief?
In the project brief, the client will be able to see the technical drawings of the space, with its distributions, and a realistic photomontage that literally portrays how each room will look. A budget form is also prepared including every item involved in the design.
What is the sequence of phases that my design project will go through?
After our first meeting, we e mail a quote for the design project.
Once approved, we ask the clients to send us photos, videos and measurements of the spaces to be designed (we guide them in this step). Then we schedule another meeting a little longer than the first one to get to know the clients better, their needs, preferences and desires for the project.
After approximately 30 to 45 days, we present the design brief along with the budget form.
After this, the clients can choose to continue with us so that we make sure the project becomes a reality or carry it out on their own.
How involved should i be in the process?
This depends on each client. Most of our clients do not usually get involved beyond some aesthetic references that they send us at the beginning of the process.
However, each client is free to keep in touch with us to transmit suggestions whenever they wish.
How long does the Project take?
This depends on the scope of your project. On average a decoration only project will take between 4 – 8 months. A full renovation project usually takes anywhere from 6 – 12 months.
How can interior designer save me money?
By getting it right from the start and steering clear of costly errors, we ensure a smooth process. Through a well-thought-out design concept and meticulous project planning, we prevent mistakes like buying incorrect tiles, choosing the wrong paint color, misplacing wardrobes, installing unsuitable curtains, or selecting a sofa that's too large for your space. Although our approach might seem pricier initially, having to correct issues later, such as moving electrical outlets or repainting walls, can quickly escalate costs and significantly delay the project.

Is there anything i need to do before our first meeting?
It is ideal before we meet, clients can identify what stage of their life they are in, what changes have recently occurred and where they see themselves heading to. It is also important that you can recognize what has not worked out for you in the past and be honest with your current lifestyle. Writing a list with all this can be very helpful: to put into words what will later be translated into interior design.
Can you manage the entire project?
This varies based on the project's scope and the work involved. If required, we may need to enlist an engineer, architect, or project manager to assist.
How are purchases for the Project handled?
In a full-service interior design package, all furniture, lighting, soft furnishings, and décor are acquired through Cantaro Bardo. Design Items such as paint, tiles, sanitary ware, and other finishes can be bought either directly by you or through the relevant trades.
Could you integrate into the design some of my furniture pieces and accesories?
Absolutely! We strive to incorporate your favorite items whenever possible, and in some instances, these pieces might even inspire the design. We deeply respect the emotional value that may be attached to certain furniture and accessories, we even encourage clients to reuse what can continue to be part of their lives.
Can i buy the furniture and other decorative ítems on my own?
Sure, in case the client just hired the Design Project, it will be all set so the clients can manage purchases and deliveries on their own.
If i have people who can carry on the renovation, could you guide them?
Yes, we can keep in touch with them so that they can carry out the design project as expected.

How do you charge?
At Cantaro Bardo We charge a flat fee for just the design Project or the entire design process, from initial concept to final completion. Additionally, you will purchase all furniture, lighting, textiles and decor through us at retail prices.
What happens if i’m not satisfied with the design?
Thankfully, this has never happened before.. We invest considerable time at the beginning to understand your tastes and preferences. This thorough approach allows us to pinpoint a style that aligns with your personality. If you have a particular style in mind that we’re not well-versed in or comfortable with, we’ll address this during our initial consultation. Should there, however, be an issue, we will always try and find a solution together.
